The city of Joice is gearing up for a big celebration. It will be their 125th anniversary on September 7th and Mayor Becky Martinson outlined some of the activities that will take place.
Joice got its start in 1900 and steadily grew over the years.
The modern Joice is a shadow of what it used to be according to Martinson.
The city still hosts special annual events including a popular annual car show which brings a number of people to town.
Organizers of the quasquicentennial are looking for people to rediscover Joice and enjoy what it has to offer.
