MacNider Asks Patrons to “Art the Vote”

With 2024 being a Presidential election year, North Iowans are being asked to “Art the Vote.”

The Charles H. MacNider Art Museum in Mason City is looking to have a little fun with election season and let patrons choose the winners in the temporary exhibition, Art the Vote.

Various artworks from the museum’s Permanent Collection have been selected to fill the exhibition space. Visitors have the opportunity to vote for “Best in Show,” “Best Use of Color,” and other categories.

Ballots can be cast until Election Day, Tuesday, November 5. Winners will be announced the following day.

Art the Vote is sponsored by the First Citizens Bank Charitable Foundation.
