NIACC volleyball sweeps Southeastern
MASON CITY — The NIACC volleyball team swept Southwestern Community College in an Iowa Community College Athletic Conference contest on Wednesday night on cancer awareness night.
NIACC took the first set 25-10, then outlasted Southwestern in the second set 33-31, before taking the final set 25-8. Megan Tobin led NIACC with 12 kills, three digs and three blocks.
NIACC is now 11-16 overall and 3-4 in the conference and will return to action next Tuesday with another conference matchup, this time at Iowa Lakes.
