MASON CITY — A plea change hearing has been scheduled later this month in Cerro Gordo County District Court for a Worth County man accused of sexual exploitation of a minor.
23-year-old Zackary Wagner of Fertile is accused of posting videos and photos to an Instagram message group depicting the live performance of a minor engaged in a prohibited sexual act in early January in Mason City. The charge is a Class C felony, punishable by up to ten years in prison.
Wagner’s trial was scheduled to start on October 22nd, but court records show a plea change hearing has been scheduled for October 29th in Cerro Gordo County District Court.
