Bulls drop series in Aberdeen

ABERDEEN — The North Iowa Bulls split a pair of games at Aberdeen over the weekend. The Bulls dropped a 2-1 decision. Max Ferkodic had the lone North Iowa goal in the first period before Aberdeen scored twice in the third. The Bulls picked up a 3-1 win on Saturday night. Liam Bard and Denis Hodas scored in the first period with Parker Osborn adding a goal in the second. Jack Hirshorn picked up the win, making 34 saves in goal. North Iowa is now 4-4 on the season and will be at home this weekend to host Minot. Game time on Friday night is scheduled for 7:10 while it’s a 6:30 drop of the puck on Saturday night.
