West Hancock #1, St. Ansgar #3 in latest football playoff rankings

BOONE — New Iowa High School Athletic Association playoff rankings were released in the lower four classes on Monday while new Ratings Percentage Index standings were released in the upper three classes:
== In Class 3A, Humboldt takes over the #1 spot after their win over Algona last Friday night. Sergeant Bluff-Luton is second, followed by Dubuque Walhert, Sioux City Heelan and Algona in the top five. Clear Lake moved up to 10th this week. The Lions host Humboldt on Friday.
== In Class 4A, North Polk is the top team, while Mason City is #25 in the RPI.
