Cerro Gordo supervisors candidates to discuss issues during candidate programs with NorthIowaNow.com

MASON CITY — The candidates running for the Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors have agreed to join NorthIowaNow.com News for programs to better educate the public on the issues surrounding county government.
== On Thursday, the candidates for the First District will discuss the issues. Republican incumbent Chris Watts of Mason City is being challenged by Democrat Tim Lapointe of Mason City for the seat that includes: all of Mason City’s Third Ward; Ward Two Precinct Two; and Ward Four Precincts Two and Three.
== Next Monday, the candidates for the Third District will join us as Democrat Lori Meacham Ginapp is being challenged by Republican Carl Ginapp. The Third District seat covers: all of Mason City’s First Ward; the second and third precincts of the Second Ward, and the first precinct of the Fourth Ward; it also covers the communities of Rock Falls and Plymouth and the Falls and Lime Creek-Mason North townships.
Those programs will be available on our website NorthIowaNow.com as well as on our NorthIowaNow.com Facebook site. Each program will run approximately one hour and start at 7:00 PM.
