#2 St. Ansgar, North Iowa play tonight for spot in state volleyball — state pairings for Classes 3A, 4A, 5A

MASON CITY — #2 St. Ansgar and North Iowa match up in the Class 1A Region 2 championship match tonight at Mason City High School with the winner qualifying for the state volleyball tournament. The Saints are 26-6 on the season and swept Turkey Valley in the regional semifinal on Monday night, while North Iowa is 27-5 and swept West Bend-Mallard in the regional semifinal. St. Ansgar won the only matchup between the two schools earlier this season with a two-set sweep 21-16 and 21-17 in the Bishop Garrigan volleyball tournament on September 28th.
