Harris holds lead over Trump in new Iowa Poll; Hinson, Feenstra leading in congressional races

DES MOINES — Kamala Harris holds a lead over Donald Trump in the final Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll released over the weekend. The Vice President Harris leads former President Trump 47% to 44% among likely voters. Trump held a 4% lead over Harris in the previous poll back in September. The poll of 808 likely Iowa voters was conducted by Selzer & Company last week and has a margin of error of 3.4 percentage points.
== Meanwhile north-central Iowa’s two sitting congressmen hold leads in the latest Iowa Poll. Likely voters prefer Republican incumbent Ashley Hinson by three percentage points in the Second District race as she faces a challenge from Democrat Sarah Corkery. The Second District includes Cerro Gordo, Worth, Mitchell, Floyd, and Butler counties in our immediate listening area. Republican Randy Feenstra holds a 16-point advantage in the Fourth District race over Democrat Ryan Melton. The Fourth District includes Franklin, Winnebago, Hancock, and Wright counties in our immediate listening area.
