A gathering for family and friends will be held from 3:00 until 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at the VFW at 1505 N. Grand Ave, Charles City. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Joseph H. Byrne estate in care of his sister Sue Byrne. Final disposition services will be held at a later date.
