High school basketball Saturday roundup — Clear Lake boys use strong second half to beat Hiawatha Collegiate

ST. PAUL — Down by 16 at halftime, Clear Lake outscored Hiawatha Collegiate 49-15 in the second half to pick up a 73-55 win. Thomas Meyer led the way with 21 points and eight rebounds, Titan Schmitt had 15 points, six rebounds and six assists, while Jaxson McIntire added 11 points and six steals. Max Larson came off the bench and had 10 points and seven rebounds. Clear Lake is 2-0 on the season and is off until next Tuesday when they travel to Clarion-Goldfield-Dows.
