Clear Lake, Northwood-Kensett, Bishop Garrigan in first IHSAA boys basketball rankings

BOONE — Clear Lake, Northwood-Kensett and Bishop Garrigan of Algona are among the area teams that appear in the first rankings of the boys basketball season from the Iowa High School Athletic Association, which were released on Monday.
== The Lions are #2 in Class 3A, sitting behind Ballard of Huxley. Adel-DeSoto-Minburn, a team Clear Lake beat by 16 on Friday night, sits at #5.
== Bishop Garrigan is #8 and Northwood-Kensett is #10 in the first Class 1A poll.
== Bellevue Marquette is the top team in Class 1A, Western Christian of Hull is on top of the Class 2A rankings, while Cedar Falls is the top-ranked team in Class 4A:
