Legacy Golf Course at the 19 announces partnership with golf management company
MASON CITY — The owners of the Legacy Golf Course at the 19 in Mason City have announced their partnership with an Arizona company to run the club.
Troon Golf will manage golf operations, agronomy, food and beverage as well as sales and marketing. The Scottsdale Arizona-based Troon is the world’s largest golf and golf-related hospitality management company providing services at over 900 locations in over 45 states and over 35 countries. Troon also specializes in homeowner association management, private residence clubs, estate management, and associated hospitality venues.
The Legacy Golf Course at the 19 has a history dating back to 1915 as the Mason City Country Club. The Pritchard family purchased the golf course in 2022 and completed a two-year renovation of the golf course last year.
