The Mason City Fire Department says they were called at about 1:16 on Tuesday afternoon to 415 North Pennsylvania, where they found the fire was on the exterior of the building with it moving into the structure through windows that had broken. The building is a large house with four apartments.
The structure sustained significant damage. All occupants of the apartments were accounted for and safe, and there were no injuries reported.
