MASON CITY — The Mason City High girls learned their post-season future on Wednesday with the release of regional pairings in Class 4A.
The Riverhawks are 16-6 on the season and will host 3-17 Webster City in a Class 4A Region 8 quarterfinal game next Wednesday. The winner of that game will face 9th-ranked Waverly-Shell Rock on Saturday February 22nd.
On the other side of the bracket, Waterloo East will be at Decorah in the quarterfinal round next Wednesday, with the winner facing 8th-ranked Cedar Rapids Xavier in the semifinals.
