Clear Lake completes perfect 21-game regular season for first time in school history

CLEAR LAKE — The Clear Lake boys basketball team completed their first 21-0 perfect regular season as they beat Algona 78-53 last night at home, as you heard on 103.7 The Fox and saw on northiowanow.com. Lions coach Jeremey Ainley says having a school-record 21 wins in the regular season is quite an accomplishment. 

 

Carson Riser had 22 points while Thomas Meyer had 19 to lead the way for Clear Lake. Next up for the Lions is the Class 3A Substate 3 quarterfinals where they will host Hampton-Dumont-CAL on Monday night.
