Iowa Falls man pleads guilty to Franklin County drug dealing charges

HAMPTON — An Iowa Falls man scheduled to go on trial Tuesday in Franklin County District Court on drug dealing charges has pleaded guilty.
44-year-old Nicholas Koebrick was arrested in Coulter on January 11th of last year. A criminal complaint states that an officer observed at the time of the arrest 19-and-a-half grams of methamphetamine, several small baggies, and a scale with residue. The complaint says Koebrick said “It’s my personal use”, and later admitted, “I sell dope to everybody that wants it, that comes to get it.”
Koebrick was originally charged with possession of meth with the intent to deliver, a Class B felony. He recently pleaded guilty to the Class C level-felony of possession with the intent to deliver. Koebrick is scheduled to be sentenced on May 1st.
