Klemme man accused of dealing meth pleads not guilty

KLEMME — A Klemme man accused of dealing methamphetamine has pleaded not guilty.
A criminal complaint states a search warrant was executed at the residence of 43-year-old Jon Renner back on June 24th of last year as part of an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine.
Law enforcement says while they were searching the residence, they located more than nine grams of meth, a digital scale with meth residue on it, meth and marijuana paraphernalia, about 28 grams of marijuana, and more than $1000 in cash.
Renner was charged with: intent to manufacture or deliver meth over five grams, a Class B felony; as well as possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, both Class D felonies. R
enner pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier this week. His trial has been scheduled to start on June 11th in Hancock County District Court.
