WAVERLY — Clear Lake finished second at the Waverly-Shell Rock Coed Track Meet last night. Waverly-Shell Rock won the team title with 207 points, with the Lions finishing second with 117 ½ points.
Clear Lake had nine first-place finishes. On the girls side, Reese Brownlee won the 200 while the 4×100 and 1600 Medley relay teams also picked up wins. On the boys side, Titan Schmitt won the 100, Alex Kerr the 400, Max Larson the high jump, Landyn Lewerke the shot put, as well as the 4×200 and 4×400 relays.
