RAGBRAI pass-through communities announced, as well as the ride’s short trek through Minnesota

DES MOINES — Organizers of the Des Moines Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa have announced the pass-through communities for the 2025 route.
Forest City is an overnight stop for the event on Tuesday July 22nd. Prior to getting to Forest City, the route will take riders through Bancroft, Titonka, Woden and Crystal Lake.
From Forest City to Iowa Falls on Wednesday July 23rd, riders will be passing through Ventura, Meservey, Alexander, Latimer and Coulter. Latimer will be a meeting town.
RAGBRAI organizers also announced on Thursday that for the first time, the event’s route will leave the state of Iowa and venture into Minnesota. On Monday July 21st’s ride between Milford and Estherville, riders will head north past the Iowa Great Lakes area, and then cross the border into Minnesota for 15 miles with a stop in Brown Park, a 15-acre park between Pearl and Loon lakes in Jackson County.
This year’s ride starts in Orange City and ends in Guttenberg on July 26th.
