CLEAR LAKE — Clear Lake will be looking for a new head girls basketball coach. Bart Smith has resigned after 14 seasons leading the program. Smith guided teams to seven North Central Conference championships and six appearances in the girls state basketball tournament. Smith’s overall record while at Clear Lake was 253-76. Smith has accepted a teaching position in the Waukee Community School District.
