NIACC in seven place heading into final day of national women’s golf

BOONE — The NIACC women’s golf team is in seventh place at the NJCAA Division II national tournament in Boone after the third day. NIACC shot a round of 333 and has a three-day total of 1024. Shelton State of Alabama is in first place with a 947, Mesa Arizona Community College is in second with 973, while Iowa Central is in third with 1003. Paige Danger had NIACC’s best round with a career-best 76. Freshman Meghan DeLong is in 11th place overall with a three-day total of 240. The final round takes place today.
