MASON CITY — A Mason City woman has pleaded not guilty to a methamphetamine related charge.
A criminal complaint says 38-year-old Carol Ann Flores was arrested on May 28th and charged with possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine over five grams but under five kilograms, a Class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
The complaint says at the time of her arrest, Flores was in possession of a white crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine weighing 9.2 grams.
Flores has filed a written plea of not guilty in Cerro Gordo County District Court. Her trial is scheduled to start on August 26th.
