WASHINGTON — Iowa’s congressional delegation expressed support over the weekend for President Trump’s decision to bomb three nuclear sites in Iran:

== Iowa’s other US Senator, Chuck Grassley, says keeping the United States safe is the number one responsibility of President Trump

== Second District Congresswoman Ashley Hinson says Trump has made it clear that Iran can never have a path to a nuclear weapon and she says now they won’t. Hinson’s district includes Cerro Gordo, Worth, Mitchell, Floyd and Butler counties in our immediate listening area.

== Fourth District Congressman Randy Feenstra’s message on social media thanked Trump for obliterating Iranian nuclear facilities. Feenstra’s district includes Winnebago, Hancock, Franklin and Wright counties in our immediate listening area.

== Third District Congressman Zach Nunn says Trump took decisive action to eliminate Iran’s nuclear threat and that he remains committed to ensuring US troops are not engaged in a forever war. Nunn is a colonel in the US Air Force Reserve

== First District Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks served 24 years in the US Army and says the US military sent a clear message that the world’s top sponsor of terrorism will never obtain a nuclear weapon
