Former Mason City Chamber President & CEO Anderson to receive lifetime recognition award from national organization

MASON CITY — Former Mason City Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Robin Anderson was recently announced as the recipient of the Life Member Award presented by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

The association has over 1600 chambers of commerce and related business and economic development organizations as members.

The Life Member Award recognizes those with enduring careers in Chamber leadership. ACCE President and CEO Sheree Anne Kelly says that throughout her chamber career, Anderson has shown exceptional leadership and dedication not only to North Iowa, but also to the industry, inspiring many individuals within the profession. A panel of chamber leaders nationwide evaluated nominees and selected Anderson to receive the award.

Anderson will be honored at the organization’s annual convention in Philadelphia on July 23rd.
