CARROLL — St. Ansgar faces East Buchanan in the Class 1A semifinals at the state baseball tournament in Carroll tonight. The Saints are 22-7 after their quarterfinal win over Logan-Magnolia 3-1, and are the highest remaining seed in the Class 1A field. Seventh-seed East Buchanan is 18-9 after downing second-seed Lynnville-Sully 12-1.
