Clear Lake man arrested in connection with multiple vehicle thefts

CLEAR LAKE — A Clear Lake man has been arrested after a rash of thefts from vehicles in the community earlier this month.

20-year-old Daniel Tchizige has been charged with seven counts of third-degree burglary, one count of fourth-degree theft and three counts of fifth-degree theft after the thefts occurred between the evening of October 16th and the early morning hours of October 17th.

Clear Lake police had asked the public for help in solving the case via social media.

The Police Department says the crimes remain under investigation with additional arrests possible.
