Operation Christmas Meal Comes to Osage, Allison, Grundy Center Monday (12.15)

After weather postponed distribution planned for last Wednesday (12.10), Operation Christmas Meal has rescheduled three stops in north Iowa for this Monday (12.12).

The program is delivered through the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation, a community outreach of Iowa Select Farms. Laura Noehren says the first stop Monday is in Mitchell County.

Distribution at the Mitchell County Fairgrounds is from 9 to 10 am Monday.

Noehren says even those who can’t drive can and should still take advantage.

And, they’re ready to give out a lot of pork loins over the course of their distribution efforts.

Operation Christmas Meal also makes stops Monday from noon to 1 pm at the Butler County Fairgrounds in Allison and from 2 to 3 pm at the Grundy County Fairgrounds in Grundy Center.
