BRITT, Iowa — Area residents are invited to a special holiday giveaway later this month as local businesses team up to help families celebrate Christmas.
Crown Juhl Travel and Mojo Productions will host a Christmas Special Free Ham Drive Up on Tuesday, December 23, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will take place at 313 6th Avenue SE in Britt.
Hams will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Organizers say the goal is to help make the holiday season brighter for local families.
In addition to the ham giveaway, Mojo Productions will have a photobooth on site, allowing attendees to take photos during the event.
Crown Juhl Travel will also be holding a drawing for a vacation giveaway, offering three nights in Colorado Springs for up to four people. The vacation package is valued at up to $947.
Event organizers expressed appreciation to Britt Food Center for assisting with the ham donations that make the giveaway possible.
The Christmas Special Free Ham Drive Up is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to arrive early while supplies last.
