North Iowa Bulls to Host Military Appreciation Weekend Jan. 16–17

MASON CITY, IA — The North Iowa Bulls are set to honor service members during Military Appreciation Weekend, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, January 16–17, at the Mason City Arena.
The Bulls will host the Minot Minotauros for two games during the special weekend. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. on Friday, January 16, and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 17. As part of the celebration, all service members will receive a free ticket to either game.
Friday night’s game will feature an additional promotion, as the first 100 fans through the doors will receive a free gift courtesy of weekend sponsor Mike Molstead Motors.
On Saturday night, fans can look forward to College Night, a post-game skate, and a special jersey auction following the game. The Bulls will wear military-themed jerseys both nights, which will be auctioned off after Saturday’s contest. Proceeds from the auction will support team initiatives and celebrate those who serve.
The military jerseys and weekend festivities are made possible through sponsorship from Mike Molstead Motors, whose support has helped bring the appreciation event to life.
The North Iowa Bulls organization expressed its gratitude to Mike Molstead Motors and emphasized its excitement for the weekend, encouraging fans to attend and help honor military members both on and off the ice.
Military Appreciation Weekend promises two nights of competitive hockey, special promotions, and a heartfelt salute to service members at the Mason City Arena.
