Road Closure Planned at North Pennsylvania Avenue and 1st Street NE

MASON CITY, IA — The intersection of North Pennsylvania Avenue and 1st Street NE will be temporarily closed beginning Wednesday, March 25, as part of a short-term infrastructure repair project.

According to the Mason City Public Works Department, the closure is expected to last approximately two days while crews complete concrete panel replacement at the intersection.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, expect delays in the area, and use alternate routes during the closure period.
