Mason City Offices to Close April 3; Services Adjusted

City officials have announced that all city offices will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 🏛️

Despite the closure, public transportation services will continue to operate as scheduled, ensuring residents can still access transit throughout the day.

Sanitation services will also be adjusted due to the closure. Residents who normally have garbage and recycling pickup on Fridays are asked to note that their collection will instead take place earlier in the week, on Wednesday, April 1. ♻️

City officials remind residents to place garbage and recyclable materials at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on their designated pickup day to avoid missed service.
