Fundraiser to Support North Iowa Women Building Resilience Set for April 10

MASON CITY, IA — Community members are invited to gather for a unique fundraiser celebrating connection, local food, and resilience on Friday, April 10, 2026.
The event, titled “From the Farm to Main Street,” will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the 4-H Learning Center at the North Iowa Fairgrounds in Mason City.
Organized in support of North Iowa Women Building Resilience, the fundraiser aims to bring people together to connect, contribute, and celebrate the strength of local communities.
Tickets for the event are $35 and include lunch, offering attendees an opportunity to enjoy a meal while supporting a meaningful cause.
In addition to the luncheon, participants are encouraged to stay for a hands-on maker project, where volunteers will help package enchiladas to support food access efforts in the region.
The event is a collaborative effort benefiting organizations such as Healthy Harvest of North Iowa and the Women, Food & Ag Network, both of which focus on strengthening local food systems and empowering women in agriculture and community leadership.
Tickets can be purchased in advance, with organizers encouraging attendees to secure their spot by April 7.
Community members of all backgrounds are welcome to attend and take part in an event designed to celebrate resilience, support local initiatives, and make a tangible impact.
