The verdict is in on two Mason City residents who stole items from two Garner businesses. Tracy Silvery pled guilty to 1st degree theft while Jeremy Mulford pled guilty to 3rd degree theft.
Police say that the two stole a work truck from Prairie Energy along with a number of tools. The estimated value of the items was just over $50,000.
They also stole a number of items from a construction trailer from IMT Transport. Those items, including the trailer belonged to Larkin Construction in Ventura.
The sentencing date has been set for May 26th.
