Charles City Schools Superintendent Dr. Brian Burney joined us on Community Conversations to discuss the district’s upcoming public hearing on the proposed budget, including a lower property tax rate and the financial decisions behind it. He also talked about proposed high school improvement projects, including HVAC upgrades, accessibility improvements, bathroom renovations, and plans to bring wrestling back to the high school.
