The Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday beginning at 10am. You can view the meeting live by going to either kiow.com or b1031.com at that time.
The board will hear from the County Auditor concerning claims, payroll, and drainage issues. They will then be asked to approve both the quarterly report of fees and the monthly report of fees.
Due to new state legislative regulations, area counties must find and designate new locations for posting of meetings and other public notices. The board will hear the potential sites for these and decide where the official postings will be.
The board must consider reports from the Environmental Health Service Manager concerning the Manure Management Plan Update for Mike Kuhlemeier West Site #65997 and order that the report be forwarded to the Department of Natural Resources.
Along with that, the board must consider reports from the Environmental Health Service Manager concerning the Manure Management Plan Update for Neal Hog Farms LLC #69472 and order that the report be forwarded to the Department of Natural Resources as well.
