Ethan Henn of Buffalo Center was granted a deferred judgment for “Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1st Offense, Marijuana,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop by the Forest City Police Department on April 4, 2026.
Henn will be under the supervision of the Department of Corrections for a period of one year. Henn was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $250 and must obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete all treatment.
