Join the community for the annual Stomping Out Childhood Cancer Fundraiser on Saturday, August 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the North Iowa Fairgrounds in Mason City.

This family-friendly event will feature a full day of activities, food and fundraising to support local families facing childhood cancer.

Over the past year, Stomping Out Childhood Cancer provided assistance to seven local families with a child diagnosed with cancer. Community support helps the organization continue serving families after they receive the devastating news that their child has cancer.

🛍️ Vendors interested in showcasing their businesses while supporting an important local cause.

🎁 Silent and live auction donations, including gift baskets, gift certificates, merchandise, services, experiences, event tickets, handmade items and more.

🍪 Bakers willing to donate pies, cookies, breads, cupcakes and other tasty treats for the bake sale.

Stomping Out Childhood Cancer, also known as SOCC, is a local charity established in 2018 by families who had personally experienced childhood cancer.

The organization provides financial support to local families battling childhood cancer while also raising money to help fund better treatments.

SOCC is registered with the State of Iowa and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing eligible donations to be tax-deductible.
